9. Liablilty

50dollarwebsites.net shal not be held liable for any inaccuracy of information on any of its created sites. All users are given a review period of 14 from the first draft to submit changes . Any changes to be made after this period will be billed at a $20 per hour or part there of rate.

10. Deposit, Refunds and Returns

50dollarwebsites.net does not offer any form of refund. A 50% deposit is required before we start work on any site and the balance paid apon completion. Any sites not paid for will be taken offline until the overdue payment is received.

11. Website Backup, uptime and Data loss.

You the client are expected to maintain a backup of your website at all times. 50dollarwebsites.net does not maintain a backup server. We estimate a 98% uptime however due to the nature of shared hosting servers, we provide no guarantee of up time. The hosting and domain we provide is a free service that we reserve the right to remove at any time.

12. Hosting Domains and Subdomains.

All domains provided by 50dollarwebsites.net are owned by us but will be transferred to you after 12 months for a $50 fee. You will also be responsible for any domain renewal fees through your chosen domain provider. Hosting is provided free for the first 12 months only. After this period, a fee of $40 per year applies to continue hosting.

13. cPanel and Word press Support.

We are not a hosting service, nor are we related to Word Press in any way. We are a primarily a design service. We do not officially provide support for cPanel or Word Press. However we will help answer any support questions via our community forum. All services are provided on an AS IS basis and conditions are subject to change at any time.

14. Fees and Payments

All fees are to be paid by paypal.
